This VPI equipment is used for vacuum pressure impregnation insulation process for a variety of high-voltage motor stator and rotor, various transformers, reactors and other products. It can also be used to whole vacuum pressure impregnation process for DC motors, low voltage AC motors, etc. It is suitable for H class liquid impregnation resin materials.
Main Function Description
1.Directly put the whole product into the impregnation tank. With reasonable design to reduce the total amount of liquid resin material
2.The product is vertical placed. On the bottom of the tank has high strength support pallet. It can withstand the weight and impact force. There is liquid level measuring device, it can protect and display. Operator can set the liquid level.
3.Adopts new advanced technology, quality control components. Liquid feedback system has film degassing device.
4.Controlling system is user-friendly and easy to operating. The system can automatically record various process parameters and measurement data.
5.Multiple interlocking and chain locking. The system has effective protection and safety operating
