The fully automatic line is specifically designed for high-speed and high-precision longitudinal slitting of silicon steel (CRGO) coils. It efficiently processes wide coils (1000/1250mm), opening and cutting them into the required width strips before rewinding them into rolled coils.
Description
The line speed is up to 120m/min, this slitting line can achieve minimum slit widths of 8mm, 10mm, or 20mm, tailored to your specific requirements.
Working Flow
Feeding trolley→ hydraulic single-load un-coiler→ feeding unit→ plate head cutter→ rectification unit→ main slitter → scrap winder→ loop bridge and buffer pit → pre-distribution & tensioning machine→ recoiler → unloading trolley→ hydraulic & electric control
