The vertical coil winding machine is designed for winding coils used in high voltage and super high voltage transformers. It is available in both pit type and ground type configurations, which can be selected based on the workshop height.
Description
Vertical coil winding machine features a flexible chuck that can be adjusted to lift according to the coil's height, ensuring an optimal working height. With inverter control, the machine offers stable start-up, low noise, and easy operation, among other advantages.
Equipped with an electronic counter, the machine allows for the reduction of turns when reversing. Moreover, it has the capability to stop automatically at pre-set turns, providing added convenience during the winding process.
